By working closely with local officials and residents, V10 understands what drives success and organizes the resources necessary to realize these dreams. In 2019, John Tocco and Ricky Beliveau formed this company to bring leading-edge development to untapped markets with significant potential.
Since its founding, V10 Development has imagined, designed, entitled, and constructed signature projects that have become landmark features of their respective neighborhoods and spur tremendous spin-off development and investment.
Ricky Beliveau brings the nuts and bolts to the team. He has built, permitted, sold, or operated over 1200+ Units over 11 years.
Prior to V10, Ricky learned Financial Management and Real Estate Investment from Northeastern University followed by 6 years at Wellington Management where he completed both levels 1 and 2 of his CFA prior to jumping into Real Estate Investment full time.
John Tocco specializes in solving complex, highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional challenges.
His career has been dedicated to local, national, and international Government relations, most recently by bringing Wynn Resorts latest project Encore Boston Harbor to Boston. Having lived in Washington, DC, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and now Boston, John is a native Massachusetts resident with deep ties in the local, political, and economic landscape. He was recognized as one of Boston Business Journal’s “Top 40 under 40” in 2018.
