The project entails construction of a new 7-story building with 230 apartment units and approximately 2,500 sf of ground-floor retail space along with a parking garage with 222 parking spaces (the “Project”). The entirety of the Site is located within the Commercial Triangle Economic Development District (CTEDD). Currently, the Project Site consists of 16,660± square foot (sf) and 1,208± square foot (sf) of buildings used as heavy industrial space which will be demolished as part of this development. This project abuts V10’s exciting new SKY Everett Development and Greystar’s project under construction at the old Market Forge site. This area is an environmental justice zone and high growth area that is 1 mile from the City of Boston and around the corner from the Forbes Five-Star Rated Encore Boston Harbor by Wynn Resorts.
