Description
The Residences at Rivergreen will complete a forty-acre masterplan and provide the residents of Everett with seventeen additional acres of open space, directly abutting the Malden River. This project is the culmination of decades of work and effort to restore this site to its former beauty. Since its storied history as Air Force Plant #28, the site remained vacant for decades. Many generations of residents were cut off from the waterfront by fencing, overgrowth and land left scarred by its industrial past. The project is spread out amongst three modestly sized buildings across eight and a half acres to create a more approachable and pedestrian friendly environment. The successful completion of this site will ensure that the industrial chapter of this waterfront in Everett is forever closed.
